CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: FUHWE
The crew have been working in lockstep with our client, FuhWe, as we prepare to launch the travel app this April in New Orleans during Collision Conference. Hop & Jaunt joined the team soon after the early conception stages of the brand to design and develop a brand identity.
We lead the design process by creating the logo, a stylized pineapple, the international symbol of hospitality. The brand colors are a nod to the Grenada flag, and the logo font is custom. We also created custom icons for each category of experience and brand guidelines.
FuhWe was conceived by founders Patricia and Shawn from Grenada. Their passion for travel and connecting with locals inspired them to create a better way to explore destinations. FuhWe is web and mobile app platform that connects explorers with local hosts with similar interests.
FuhWe intends to launch the iOS app and website during Collision Conference on April 26-28. Collision is the largest international technology and entrepreneurship conference bringing in thousands of visitors to New Orleans between Jazz Fest weekends. And what better city to launch an authentic travel app in than our beloved, funky, and culturally-rich home?
